The lunch and dinner menu, which consists of traditional homemade Bodrum cuisine, reflects the warm hospitality of the Ozukara family, however for those who do not wish to change their tastes in food a variety of alternatives is also available. Hot and cold sandwiches, hamburgers and gozleme (local pastry) are also on offer for those who want a snack between meals.

Homemade local pastry and cookies are available from 5 o'clock teatime, until the end of the evening by the pool, where you may watch the magnificent Yalikavak sunset whilst sipping an aperitif at the bar.

After dinner, you may take a stroll to the market place at Yalikavak centre where you have an opportunity to purchase gifts and souvenirs for yourself and friends back home. After a peaceful day, for those who wish to have a taste of the infamous Bodrum nightlife a Dolmu§ service (local transport) that runs for 24hours to and from Bodrum, which is at a distance of 30 minutes, is available.

If you wish for an alternative daytime activity, Arzu Otel can arrange a private boat trips, giving you the opportunity to swim in the beautiful bays of the Bodrum Peninsula. On Thursdays there is a local market set up just behind the hotel where you have an opportunity to buy interesting and authentic souvenirs. Besides this the markets of Turgutreis on Saturday, Bodrum on Tuesdays and Fridays and Milas on Sundays are other features you may wish to add to your holiday timetable.

For guests who believe that besides entertainment and resting, a holiday should involve gaining culture and knowledge, sites with historical and archaeological importance such as Bodrum, Milas, Didim and Kiyikislacik are at an appropriate distance for excursions. An alternative way to spend your day is a visit to the local villages where local root died Kilims and Carpets are woven.
